It is our intent to provide affordable housing to the 200,000 Veterans exiting active duty every year.
We will partner with charitable veteran organizations that share our mission and hold true to our values. We will provide affordable homes and connect our nation's heroes to veteran resources, both educational and holistic, ensuring that they receive the highest level of support as they transition. At the end our tenure, we will have successfully facilitated housing for hundreds of thousands of veterans, providing our investors with consistent returns, and a higher sense of service to our great nation.
This effort has a greater goal to mitigate the number of veteran suicide and homelessness in the United States.

The InVETment Fund 1 offers a unique commercial real estate impact fund that focuses on providing affordable housing to veterans exiting active duty. By purchasing RV parks in Texas, executing value-add strategies and converting them into tiny home communities. This gives the opportunity for impact investors to enjoy the benefits of highly appreciating cash flowing assets and the social benefits of helping to house our nation’s heroes. Our RV Park Tiny Home Communities are specifically tailored to meet the needs of our veterans. They are thoughtfully designed to promote tenant engagement among the residence. Veterans will have access to our network of non-profit partners, and an array of job placement resources.
