Who we are
InVETment Capital is a veteran-led real estate investment company committed to transforming the lives of U.S. military veterans. Founded by Joshua Diskin, a Marine Corps veteran, the company was born out of firsthand experience with the challenges veterans face when returning home.

Our approach centers on joint ventures with experienced real estate syndicators and developers to acquire, build, and reposition multi-family and manufactured housing communities. By integrating impact investing with proven real estate strategies, we create sustainable, cash-flowing properties while ensuring veterans have access to dignified housing. This model offers our partners the opportunity to drive both meaningful social change and long-term financial returns.
Our Story
After serving eight years in the Marine Corps, Joshua experienced the difficulties of transitioning to civilian life.
Like many veterans, he struggled to find purpose and belonging, and experienced the loss of several fellow service members to suicide.
These experiences ignited a mission within him: to create lasting solutions for veterans facing similar hardships.

Joshua joined forces with fellow veterans and leaders—like John Minyard, a retired Navy Fleet Master Chief, and Jerry Paulsen, a former Green Beret and founder of "Service to Success."
Together, they launched InVETment Capital with a shared vision: to provide affordable housing, access to veteran-focused resources, and meaningful job opportunities for transitioning service members.
How We Do It
We operate a unique and mission-driven business model that blends real estate investment with social impact. We acquire and develop multi-family housing properties, strategically reserving a portion of units for U.S. military veterans at below-market rents.Through partnerships with real estate syndicators, developers, and community organizations, we maximize impact and scale sustainably. This approach not only delivers strong financial returns but also creates measurable social change, offering partners a rare opportunity to align profit with purpose.

Why We Do It
Every year, over 200,000 veterans exit active duty only to return home to face a new battle—one against homelessness, loneliness, and hopelessness. Veterans are significantly more likely to experience homelessness and are at a higher risk of suicide, especially when lacking stability and support. Rising housing costs and limited resources are only compounding this crisis.
InVETment Capital exists to change that. Through housing, community, and technology, we are laying the groundwork for a new chapter—one where veterans are empowered, connected, and never face the journey alone.
